Description

Pharmaline N&X is designed to replace conventional silicone rubber hoses. This is due to improved autoclave life cycle, chemical resistance and internal clean-ability.

PHARMALINE-N:

HOSE BORE SIZE RANGE –
1/4” (6.4mm) up to 3” (80mm)

MAXIMUM HOSE LENGTHS –
100′ (30m) up to 1-1/2”, 80′ (25m) 2”
60′ (18m) 2-1/2”, 50′ (15m) 3”

TEMPERATURE LIMITS –
From -100°F (-73°C) up to +400°F (+204°C)

WORKING PRESSURE RATINGS –
1160 PSI (80 BAR) for 1/4” to 218 PSI (15 BAR) for 3”

VACUUM LIMITATIONS –
Usable at vacuum to -0.9 BAR for all sizes up to 392°F (200°C)

END FITTING OPTIONS Non-Lined design for:
Sanitary Triclamp fittings, ANSI 150 flange fittings, DIN fittings, cam & groove fittings and more. Laser etched ferrule for ultimate traceability.

Much less force to bend than any other equivalent smooth bore PTFE lined hose product.

KINK RESISTANCE
Much more resistant to kinking than any other equivalent smooth bore PTFE lined hose product.

SOAKABLE
Pharmaline N hose assemblies are soakable
