TERMS & CONDITIONS Minimum Order: No orders accepted less than $25.00. Orders: Acceptance of your orders is an agreement on your part to our sales policies. If there is an error with your order we will contact you with the changes. Freight: F.O.B. our warehouse location. Export Orders: Domestic freight allowances do not apply to export orders. Our prices are net F.O.B. our plant. Claims: No damaged freight claims will be allowed unless reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Shipments travel at buyer’s risk unless ordered to be insured. Proof of Delivery: For proof of delivery there will be a $10.00 charge for each shipment. This is to cover the cost of the extra service. Illustrations: Pictures on this site are intended for a general description only, and, unless specified, do not represent any particular brand. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Warranty: We warranty each new hose and product we manufacture against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement to the original retail purchaser of any part or parts which, within the period of 90 days from the day of purchase by the purchaser, shall be shown to our satisfaction upon examination, to have become defective due to faulty workmanship or materials at the factory. The warranty does not apply to damage in transit, to alterations or repairs done outside the factory or in unauthorized service stations or damage caused by misuse, negligence or accident, nor does it obligate us to assume any labor charges in connection with the replacement of parts claimed to be defective. Returns: No returns will be accepted unless authorized in writing. When so authorized, return via most economical way. All returned merchandise will be closely inspected and credit issued where defect is in workmanship or material. Failure due to mis-application or negligence are solely the responsibility of the user and not subject to credit allowances. Credit will be issued only on our material actually returned.
